Kowl SAS (“Kowl”, “we”) operates the Kowl Manager platform and the kowl.tech website. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the rights you hold over your data.
Account data (name, work email, company), roster configuration (artists, assets, custom weights), and public platform signals gathered on the profiles you track — streaming and social metadata only, never private messages or listener personal data.
To compute scores, alerts and reports; to operate, secure and improve the service; and to send you operational messages. We do not sell personal data, and we never use your roster data to benefit other customers.
Data is hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest, and kept for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months, unless the law requires otherwise. Backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Write to privacy@kowl.tech — we answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
